Disaster Response Information
If you are a team member that has been affected by Hurricane Gustav, and you are a member of Aetna Insurance, read this document for guidelines on securing medical and pharmacy coverage.
- Contact 800-292-2209 for updated information
- Paychecks to corporate team members will continue to be processed on the normal payroll schedule.
- You may log on to the online Team Member Service Center and view your electronic pay stub.
- For general HR inquiries corporate team members can contact the Team Member Service Center at 877-921-8326, option 1. The Team Member Service Center is open Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., EST.
Any VSP member who has lost or broken their eyewear due to Hurricane Ike can call our Member Services Support line at 800.877.7195. We will repair or replace their glasses. VSP will take responsibility if members are not currently eligible for benefits.
Individuals without VSP coverage can contact their local American Red Cross chapter and request a VSP eyecare voucher for a free eye exam and a pair of glasses from a local optometrist.
