Domino's Pizza's objective is to be located on primary traffic corridors with high visibility, minimum traffic density of 15,000 cars per day, and easy, convenient accessibility to our customers.
Visibility
Our preference is for our store front to be within 50 ft of the primary traffic corridor with clear vision path to our sign and store front.
Locations
We are searching for visible and accessible urban, suburban, and small town locations. Shopping Center locations should have strong anchor tenants to compliment our national Brand.

Space Requirements
Domino's Pizza has some flexibility in space requirements to accommodate slightly smaller or larger spaces. Our preference is to have 25 feet of store front width with a minimum width of 20 feet and maximum of 30 feet and a 13 foot clearance height.

Typical Deal Structure
The majority of Domino's Pizza locations are leased. Some Franchisees prefer to acquire real estate to develop a freestanding store or multi-unit building with a store. Domino's Pizza does not provide a guarantee on franchisee leases.
Site Plan Requirements
We require 10 – 15 dedicated parking spaces for our customer, a minimum of 2 ingress/egress points to primary traffic flow, and adequate lighting in parking areas. For freestanding locations and small centers, site plan requirements include 360 degree flow around building and adequate room to maneuver our Domino's Distribution trucks.
